Updating Your CWS Website

Summary / Quick Tips

Use Firefox or Internet Explorer version 7 or later.
Enter edit mode by clicking the link that was emailed to you.
Right click on content that you want to change.
In some cases the "Editing Options" popup will allow you to see options for a group of content.

Entering Edit Mode

We recommend using Internet Explorer version 7 or later, or Firefox to edit your website.

You will be emailed a link that leads to an editable version of your website. Simply click on the link whenever you want to make changes.

Making changes

As you move your mouse over the page you will notice a message appears whenever you move over something that can be changed (see image to left).

Right click to make changes to the content described in the message.

You will be presented with a number of options, or in some cases you will be taken straight to the text editing box.

Understanding Groups

If the selected content is part of a larger group, you can choose to see options for the group rather than the selected content.

The image above shows the options for "Benefit Title", and then for "Benefit Group" after the user changed their selection in the pull down list box. Notice the highlight behind the popup box indicates which content is being changed.
