Amendments for Future Reprints
Minor amendments to your artwork can be undertaken at a cost of £10 - £20.
Bespoke Design
The prices shown are based on standard design briefs. If you require a more complex / bespoke design, we will provide you with a competitive quote to undertake the work.

Q Will I need to provide images?
A Preferably yes, but if you don't have suitable images we can purchase / provide these on your behalf. This is all included in the design price.

Q Will I have to provide the text / copy?
A We will need some information and preferably some copy from you. This is your design and you need to know what message you want to communicate about your business to your target market. We will help you with the copy and make sure that it is presentable and worded correctly.

Q I don't have a design idea, does it matter?
A We are happy to come up with a design concept for you, but we will need to get an idea of the message you would like to communicate to your target market. This will be discussed when you order your design.

Q I don't know any printers, can you source a printer for me?
A If you don't have a printer in mind, we can source a printer and look for a good print price for your print job. You won't be charged extra for this service.

Q Will I get to see the design before it goes to print?
A Yes. We will create a design draft and e-mail this to you asking for your feedback. You will have a chance to tell us whether you like the design and if you would like any changes made.

Q Who is responsible for any errors when the design has been printed?
A You will be responsible for checking the final design draft before we send the artwork to the printer. This includes proof reading the content and carefully checking the design to make sure there are no errors. If the design is printed and there are errors with the design, the responsibility and cost of re-prints and amendments will lie with you, as you have signed off the proof.

Print Design Services
The prices stated are for standard and straightforward design briefs, if a brief is increased or is particularly complexed, we may quote you a higher price in order to cover the extra work required.
We will make every effort to ensure your design project is free from errors or omissions. Once you are happy with the final designs, we will require you to provide confirmation of this by email or in writing before the document is sent to print.
We cannot accept liability for mistakes that are discovered after the document is printed. It is your responsibility to ensure the document is thoroughly proof-read before the launch and we accept no liability for losses incurred due to inaccuracy or omission on your graphic design project.
All design work remains the intellectual property of Contrast Web Solutions until your invoice is paid in full. Once a graphic design project is completed, we will invoice you and you are obliged to settle the invoice within 30 days. Non payment will result in additional fees and interest charges.
We accept no liability for infringement of copyright resulting from material supplied by you. It is your responsibility to ensure you are using all text and graphics legally and we reserve the right to decline to use material if we have sufficient reason to believe a copyright violation is taking place.
As part of our graphic design service, we may nominate a printing service to you and arrange printing on your behalf with a printer we have reason to believe is reliable and cost effective. However, we accept no liability for the actions of the printing company and will not be liable for any costs incurred or loss of earnings following a failure of the printing service. Any dispute of this nature must be settled between you and the printing company.
If at any time you feel that Contrast Web Solutions has not provided you with an adequate service, you have the right to complain, and we will do everything in our power to ensure the situation is remedied as soon as possible.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, save and hold Contrast Web Solutions harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable legal fees asserted against us, our customers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by you, your agents, employees or assigns. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Contrast Web Solutions against liabilities arising out of; any material supplied by you infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; copyright infringement and any defective products sold to customers from our servers.
Communication Policy
All communication between you and Contrast Web Solutions is for the sole use of the intended recipient. Any viewing, copying or distribution of, or reliance on this communication by unintended recipients is strictly prohibited. If you have received communication in error, please notify us immediately and delete it from your computer. You agree to receive occasional emails from us with respect to the services we are providing to you.
Disclaimer
We will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. We make no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. We cannot guarantee to be able to replace lost data. We disclaim any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by Contrast Web Solutions and our employees. We reserve the right to revise our policies at any time.
