3. We will call / email you back with the appropriate help and advice.

Unused credits will be refunded on request.

How do I set up an account?

Contact us to request an account, its simple and free. You will be provided with login details so that you can check your account balance.

How do I credit my account?
A
Log in to your account and choose 'Credit Account'. You can pay via Paypal, using your Paypal balance, a Debit Card or Credit Card.

Can I ask you anything?

The mentoring service currently covers PR, Design and Online Marketing. However, if you do require assistance with any other projects, you can approach us for a tailored quote.

How do I contact you for help?
A
Log in to your account and complete a short 'Request Help' form, giving us brief information about the problem / question you would like to speak to us about. We will then e-mail or call you back with our advice.

How long do the credits last?
A
The credits don't expire. You can either keep your account in credit to give you piece of mind that you can get help if you need it or you can ask for a refund of your remaining credits if you feel that you don't need them.

How do I top up my account?
A
Log in to your account and click on 'Add Credit', then simply top up your desired amount using Paypal.

Mentoring
Customers must complete a help request form in order to gain mentoring support. If a phone call is required, it will only be made to standard rate land lines. We will not call mobiles when making a mentoring call. Call duration will be timed and every effort will be made to make the most of the time available with the customer.
E-mails will be charged according to the time it takes to compile the e-mail.
There will be a first come first served basis for mentoring responses, you will be placed in a queue and contacted accordingly.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, save and hold Contrast Web Solutions harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable legal fees asserted against us, our customers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by you, your agents, employees or assigns. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Contrast Web Solutions against liabilities arising out of; any material supplied by you infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; copyright infringement and any defective products sold to customers from our servers.

Any viewing, copying or distribution of, or reliance on this communication by unintended recipients is strictly prohibited.
